6,400 fps at 1024 × 1024, rising with reduced resolution up to 800,000 fps on the 800K version. Frame rates above 225,000 fps and exposures below 1 µs may be subject to export control.
Large 20 µm pixels collect more light, so you can use shorter exposures and lighter illumination with less heat on the sample.
